  1. Several favorites:
In remembrance of my mom, cosmos, and sweet pea.
My grandmother snapdragons, she had a gigantic self seeding bed.
    My mother-in-law red roses.
I enjoy snowdrops the first flowers to emerge in my beds. The daffodils and grape hyacinths (blue and gold U of M), cone flowers. Annuals include 4:00’s, geraniums, poppies and petunias to name a few. Sunflowers to as the blossoms seek the sun.

  2. My favorite flowers are pansies. I remember as a child, my Dad would bring these home for my Mom to plant. I always loved their cute little faces and colors. It meant spring was in bloom.

  3. Daffodils are a favorite flower for spring and are so happy after the brown of winter. Love black eyed susans too !

  4. It’s almost impossible to pick a favorite but I have to go with roses because of my Grandma and Grandpa. She had rose bushes lining the length of her backyard and my grandpa always groomed them for her. When I was little we would play in the backyard and you could smell them throughout the yard. It was like my grandpa showing grandma his love for her.

  5. My favorite flower is the peony. It’s the first flower I remember growing in my grandmother’s yard. I now have a part of her plant growing in my yard.

  6. Too many beautiful flowers to pick just one but my favorite perennials are Cone Flowers and Black Eyed Susan’s. My favorite annuals are Zinnias since they come in so many varieties and make beautiful bouquets.

  7. My favorite flower is the dahlia. There are so many types of dahlia and they come in so many beautiful colors that the variety is almost endless. They bring a spot of color to our yard and I also like to cut them and bring a beautiful bouquet into our home.

  8. I like all flowers but enjoyed growing Sunflowers, the birds liked them, too! The Black Eyed Susan quilt would be fun to win and make!

  9. I love flowers!! My favorite if I have to pick is the tulip. They are one of the first flowers of spring. Also, I have Dutch heritage and they remind me of Holland. I enjoy your daily videos very much!!

  10. My favorite flower is the Lilly of the Valley. My Mom grew them in our yard when I was growing up and they remind me of her. So pretty, delicate and ladylike.

  11. I absolutely love baby carnations…. I was given a baby carnation corsage at my first ‘prom’ dance, and later had a Japanese lace fan with baby carnations as my wedding bouquet.

  12. My favorite flower is lily of the valley. Not only do they smell fabulous, they remind me when I was a kid waiting for the school bus. We had a bed right by the front steps and I would sit there and smell them before school.

  13. I love many flowers, including the black-eyed Susan! It’s a hard choice, but my favorite flower is the Tulip. It’s my favorite sign that spring is really here, and it has such a simple elegant beauty. I smile quietly to myself when they peak out of the ground, and when they bloom I rejoice!
Thanks for your generous, and fun offers! I enjoy your YouTube videos!

  14. My favorite flower is a rose. Love my knockout rose bush that was grown from a cutting my dad gave me.
Black eyed Susan’s is the state flower for my home state of Maryland.

  15. I love Monarda “Bee Balm” for multiple reasons. Their varieties include soft to bright colors, the fragrance, it attracts bees & butterflies and lastly the history of it. Monarda has been used to make tea and also has medicinal uses.

  16. My favorite flower is the pansy. I love their little faces and the colors are always so amazing whether it is the traditional white, purple, and yellow or other color variations. I think violas are adorable because they look like miniature pansies. This quilt pattern is so cheerful. I would love making it.

  17. I really love all flowers but lately I’d say hibiscus. They are showy and I love seeing all the buds, promising new flowers. Thank you for opportunity to win!

  18. My favorite flowers are Zinnias because they were my dad’s favorite and when I see them I always think of him, and my roses. I have a rose garden and I love it when they all are blooming and they bring in the hummingbirds, thank you for offering the give away.

  19. I love roses. When I started dating my husband, he would bring me a rose every week through our year plus of dating and then many years into our marriage.

  20. My favorite flowers are carnations. They are so pretty and smell so great. I love them. That black-eyed Susan quilt is so darling.

  21. Gardenias and the Starburst Lily are my favorite flowers. Gardenias are pretty and smell amazing while the lily is just beautiful.

  22. Favorite flower????? Oh, my! Maybe…carnation! Smells great, delicate but durable, lasts nicely in a vase and comes in lovely colors!

  23. Back in the day when I owned property and could garden, I would always have Peonies, Roses, Heucheras, Hyacinths, Marigolds, Zinnias, Lantanas, Irises, Bleeding Hearts, Lily of the Valley (my birth flower), Lilacs, I can’t even remember them all now. I planted for color, scent, and sentimental reasons. I’m really looking forward to seeing Heaven’s Gardens now. But my fave? They all are!
As for the giveaway, my daddy used to call me his “Little Black Eyed Susan”, because my eyes are very dark and yellow was my fave color. What a lovely memory! Thanks for your and FQS generosity!

  24. I can’t pick just one flower. (Can’t pick, get it?) I especially like Tulips, Daffodils, and Iris.

  25. Daisies have always been my favorite. Sunflowers make my heart smile. Dandelions make me think of summer days and making wishes.

  26. My favorite flower is an iris, partially because they bloom fairly quickly in the spring and partially because my mother loved them.

  27. My favorite flower is the lilac. My grandma used to buy Avon products and they had a line of lilac creams and lotions. I loved the smell and as an adult bought them when I could.I was thrilled when I moved into a neighborhood where there were lots!

  28. My favorite flower is the tulip, especially the deep purple/ magenta ones. Tulips are early spring with all the promise of flowers to follow and warmer weather. They just make me 😊.

  29. I really like pansies. I think it’s because they give so much color in late spring before many other flowers are blooming.

  30. A favorite, just ONE?! I worked in the Horticulture industry and enjoy so many flowers. I’m drawn to Blues/Purples. I often grow deep colored annual Lobelia for the color and the delicate looking flowers, which make a great flower bed border.

  31. My favorite flower is a daisy. I picked them in my grandma’s field when I was young, and had them in my wedding bouquet!

  32. I love black eyed susans, snapdragons, peonies, and roses. They all grow well in my Colorado garden. Plus, I would love to win the quilt kit as well. Have a great day!

  33. Pansies are a favorite flower for me because of their little faces. My grandmother always had them in her garden beds and we would pick the face we liked best.

  34. My favorite flower is the Black Eye Susan . My grandfather use to call me his little Black Eye Susan . I don’t have dark eyes they are hazel . But my name is Susan ! lol

  35. My favorite flower is the tulip, but love this Black Eyed Susan quilt too.
I love the smell of honeysuckle bushes in the summer.

  36. I actually love all flowers. I was a florist in a past life. IF I had to pick it would probably be a Hollyhock. I love traveling around old farm steads and seeing clumps of Hollyhocks still surviving in all their glory. I have very fond memories of my husband’s grandmother making little dolls out of Hollyhocks for my children.
