My favorite Christmas quilt is a small wall hanging that I made using a Santa’s workshop panel, which I cut into squares and added attic window sashing. I think I made it in the early 90’s. I was so pleased to see it displayed in my son’s New York City apartment this past Christmas. The tradition lives on!
My favorite Christmas quilt is a small one, full of applique – Santa bringing gifts.

My favorite Christmas quilt is the 2022 mystery Christmas quilt along. I had not made a Christmas quilt before until following along with you on this one. So much fun. I used only fabrics I had and it turned out wonderful. Also did crossstitch along. I so appreciate these kinds of quilt alongs as it gives me time to gather my fabrics and my thoughts. Iām a bit slow trying to figure out my colors, and a weekly pattern helps me move along nicely. Thanks again I started cutting out this yearās Christmas quilt along yesterday.
I love to put out my Christmas quilts. I would like that book great quilts. Watch
You everyday and love doing your sew alongs.
So many choices for a favourite Christmas or Winter quilt! I prefer a Winter themed quilt because I think it is more versatile. My current favouriteāwhich is on my bucket list for this yearāis Winter Solstice by Patti Carey.
Thank you for all you do!

Pat

My favorite winter themed quilt will be my work in progress, Iām using a pattern called hip hop cut up with a beautiful metallic layer cake and the backing will be a print with cookies and all the baking stuff. I chose this as the baking because every Christmas my family and I bake Christmas cookies and I thought it captured our family tradition beautifully.
Iām excited to get it finished by the holidays.
