  1. I love working with all types of cuts of fabric especially precuts. But I don’t love those pesky pinked edges so when hubby bought me my accuquilt, I bought all the dies to make my own precuts!

  2. I would love to win a layer cake as I have not used one. Only used yardage and a jelly roll. Thanks for your daily inspiration Pat.

  3. I enjoy fat quarter bundles since they are larger pieces and have coordinating colors.
    Love your videos!

  4. Your Drawing Room fabric line is just stunning! I love layer cakes, they are so versatile and easy to work with.

  5. I just love your Drawing Room Fabrics so much! Fat Quarters are my favorite. You get the bigger pieces and have more versatility on what you can cut and make!

  6. My favorite is a fat quarter – but I am also loving charm packs. I have never purchased a layer cake…but I am loving some of the perfect 10 patterns!

  7. I think fat quarters and layer cakes give me the best opportunities to show off the fabrics in the best way possible. If I want to highlight a particular motif, it may not be possible with the smaller pre-cuts. However, I still buy them when a good deal in a collection I like is offered. I just can’t resist.

  8. Hard question. I like the 10″ layer cake the most as it is adaptable for all the others. I get more mileage out of it. I am able to do fussy cutting easier with the layer cake. Thanks for the opportunity to enter. I also like that you use Benartex fabric as it has more body to it.

  9. My favorite precut is a layer cake. It gives you just enjoy fabric of a line to do a controlled scrappy quilt and show off the prints.

  10. My favorite pre-cut is a charm pack. I love to you use 5-inch blocks and I like charm packs because you get the entire line of fabric in 5 inches.

  11. I love love love how your apron block turned out! That was a complicated (or would be for me to try) way to get the fabric going in the correct direction – But OH! that looks so good. You’ve won me over. I have to get over myself and learn to do that. Thanks for the inspiration.

  12. I would have to say Fat Quarters. I usually don’t buy a bundle just pick up a variety. Although I do have quite a few charm packs. Congratulations Pat on 10 years and thanks so much for providing such great projects and inspiration.

  13. Hands down, I will always go for a fat quarter bundle. It’s enough for a small project like a zippered pouch with enough left over to end up with scraps to use in quilts, etc.

  14. Hi Pat, My first precut of coice is fat quarter. I have purchased layer cakes and have completed several projects. There have been times that I end with leftover fabric that are usable to even put in a stash. I’m not a horder, I just love fabric!! Lol

  15. My favorite size of precut is a Fat Quarter – it seems most of the patterns I’m drawn to use that as the basic requirement and I think it gives a nice mix of of color and pattern for any quilt.
