  1. If I can’t manager a fat quarter bundle a layer cake is my choice. Working on several layer cake quilts now and they are making up so quickly with very little leftovers.

  2. My first choice in pre-cuts would be fat quarters, followed closely by layer cakes. Of course any of them are a wonderful way to acquire every fabric in a particular line.

  3. Love using layer cakes! Would be a great to try your Drawing Room fabric. Thank you for all your wonderful insight into fabric choices for different quilt designs.

  4. My favorite pre-cut is the layer cake, followed closely by the charm pack. I have just ordered the Perfect 10 pattern book, so I would love to have a layer cake in your fabric line for one of the patterns featured in the book!

  5. I don’t use a lot of precuts but I like 1/2 yard and fat quarter bundles best. So many possibilities and always plenty of fabric.

  6. I love a fat quarter bundle – it allows for so many options
. But i typically use a charm pack or layer cake when i am looking for a quick project. Either way – i love that the fabrics already go together

  7. All fabric is awesome. I have a ton of fat quarter bundles, layer cakes, charms, jelly rolls and even 2 1/2 inch squares. So much fun is to be had picking out patterns and deciding which pre cuts to use. Ya just can’t go wrong.

  8. No matter what I have on hand I don’t have what I need for a quilt along that I want to join. I think the fat quarter bundles or buying fat quarters should work for me.

  9. I’m using a layer cake right now for a quilt, but I like the variety that you get with a fat quarter bundle.

  10. I use fat quarters most of the time. That way when I sub cut to 10″ or 5″ pieces I still have plenty left over to use again and again,

  11. I love all different cuts of fabric, while fat quarters are my favorite I have used layer cakes in several quilts I’ve made.

  12. I have several books that this beautiful layer cake would look good in! I do like me a good layer cake! I have a friend that would think the Drawing Room line of fabric would be lovely in her house. I have been looking for a fabric for her!

  13. I’ve been using layer cakes a lot lately, I would love to try a pattern with Drawing Room. Thak you Benartex and Pat.

  14. Thanks, Pat and Benartex, for offering this layer cake giveaway! I love Drawing Room and would love to play with these precuts.

  15. My latest projects were created from layer cakes and I was thrilled how they went together. I have a “BirdSong” layer cake awaiting my inspiration. My next project (sharing time with your calendar) will use charm packs for Oh My Stars. I would love to learn more about fabric design pairing and I think your Drawing Room layer cake would help.

  16. My favorite precut is the fat quarter. I like that it’s larger and more versatile and not as bulky at handle as a yard.

  17. Actually, I love any size of coordinated fabric. I stink at putting colors together, so I love the work already done for me 😉

  18. My favorite cut of fabric is the fat quarter. They give me lots of fabric options when making scrappy quilts. However, I do have all cuts in my stash.

  19. Another great give away! My favorite size of precut is a fat quarter bundle. It allows me to make a good sized quilt with the addition of a background fabric and maybe 1 to 3 fat quarters of solids.

  20. I love most precuts but have more fat quarters than anything. That said, I use up my layer cakes on lots of projects!

  21. Oh wow I love all the pre-cuts, fat-quarters, layer cakes, jelly rolls, and any of the bundles are great! I am in heaven with pre-cuts, it makes a project so much easier when you don’t have to cut fabric!!!

  22. I buy a lot of layer cakes but my most favorite is 1/2 yard cuts I then feel I have plenty to complete a quilt with out scrimping.

  23. Fat quarters are my jam. Next in line layer cakes. You can cut it up and make a Oh My Stars!your new line is so beautiful. Trying to find a patten to make it before buying.
