  1. I buy batting in rolls. Then I don’t have to worry as to whether I have what I need or not! Congratulations on 10 years Pat! Wish I had known you all that time, but the last two years have been fun!

  2. I love to keep batting on hand. My last purchase was a bundle of a twin, full, queen, and King packages. I love Warm and Natural! What an amazing giveaway!

  3. Who would not love to receive a roll ! Your wealth of knowledge and lovely personality inspire me each and every day. Thank you.

  4. I buy batting by the roll. I have 4 grandkids that keep me busy with with quilt wish lists. Really enjoy The Sloan Zone.

  5. I usually have a few packages of batting in my sewing area but sometimes I need to zigzag pieces together to finish a project.

  6. Hello Pat…I buy stock batting in packages when they are on sale, but just upgraded to a 10′ frame so I’ll be looking for bolts very soon!

  7. I usually have a few battings on hand. Nothing worse than having a quilt all ready, and I have to wait to get to the store to buy batting! I usually buy king size, so I can get more than one throw out of it. Love the Warm co. batting. So cozy and easy to work with.

  8. I have very little space to keep packages of batting at hand. I was buying 1 bag as needed for my quilt projects. Recently found out that my LAQ will provide the batting if we request. She only charges me what it costs for her. So, I always let her use her own and no more storage issues for me!

  9. I have so many projects I am working and to have a roll of batting would be amazing!!! I love your videos, very inspiring!!

  10. I would love to buy a whole roll (or bolt) of batting, I’m saving my pennies (or dollars) until I have enough to purchase a whole roll. Right now I have several single project bags of batting so I’m using those as I need to. I also have part of a roll that I bought when I needed an extra wide batting.

  11. I have batting for certain size quilts, but keep scraps to use as needed. I also use scraps for stuffing projects.

  12. I guess you could say that I have a mini-stockpile of batting. I buy packages of twin, table runners, when they are on sale, and queen size when I know I am making a bed-sized quilt. Winning a free roll of Warm and Natural batting would be the ultimate sale price!
Thank you, Pat, for providing this wonderful community! It is such a pleasure for me to visit with you each morning as I start my day with a cup of coffee!

  13. I love the Warm Company battings! I usually try to keep plenty on hand, but find I use it quicker than any other batting I might have. It’s my go to choice for warm quilts; the 80/20 gives perfect drape, and the shrinkage really enhances the look and feel of the quilts i make. It’s also perfect for rag quilts… yep, still making them after all these years.
Having a whole bolt would be wonderful to have on-hand!

  14. I just buy batting as I go, but I have wanted to keep stocked roll. I am a new quilter so just getting started.

  15. I have been buying what I need, as I need it. But…..I’m hoping to change that. With fingers crossed, maybe I can win. Thanks to YOU & All Your Sponsors for the giveaways. It’s FUN! Something to look forward to.

  16. I would love to win a roll of batting. It would help with the community service quilts I make. Thank you Pat for this opportunity.

  17. I bought my first roll of batting about two years ago and it’s nearly gone. I love having that whole stash ready to go. It also feels like less waste since I can custom cut it.

  18. I buy batting by the roll – I am currently getting low and would LOVE to win this! Thanks for the generous give-away.

  19. I have a small long arm and buy batting on a roll. There is a nice bar underneath to store it and it works out very good. I love warm and white for my quilts with a primarily white background and warm and natural for the others!

  20. I buy batting as I need it. I have a small supply of it on hand. I would love a roll of batting, that is usually my holdup on finishing my quilts. We only have a Walmart and I prefer to not use their batting and the nearest quilt shop, Joanns or Hobby Lobby is at least 1 1/2 hours away. Thank you Pat. Congratulations on 10 years.

  21. I usually buy batting as I need it for projects or quilts as I need it. Would love to win the bolt of batting!

  22. I stock batting. The Hubs made a post to store the rolls. I will buy indivual pieces in some instances but I don’t stock up on them.

  23. Just received my new long arm sewing machine. Normally I would purchase batting for each project, but at the moment I could really use a full roll as I have been saving flimsy to practice on. Would love to try the Warm and Natural batting. Please enter me in the giveaway. Thank you Pat for all you do to teach and inspire us quilters.

  24. I buy batting any economical way I can get it, but usually on the bolt. And I save most of my scraps and tape or sew them together to get the most out of the bolt. THANKS, PAT!

  25. I always stay stocked up so that I’m ready to quilt when a quilt top is finished. Congratulations on your anniversary. I appreciate everything you do for this community.

  26. Congratulations on your 10 year anniversary!
I try to keep at least 2 queen size packages of batting on hand at all times

  27. it depends I buy it by the package not the roll and sometimes I buy ahead but right now I only have enough for 1 of my projects I think I have 5 or 6 started. I try and get it when it is on sale

  28. I like my batting by the roll, it last a long time and you can quilt a bunch with it. Mine is almost done so I will be needing a new one soon!
