  1. I try to keep one or two queen, full, and baby sized batting stashed away. You never know when the mood to quilt a flimsy might strike!

  2. I buy it ahead and try to stock up because it is so expensive. I started a quilting bee in our church, so I usually am the one who buys most of the fabrics and batting. In the last 11 months, we made 12 baby quilts for ladies in our church. Our church is growing. Lol! I also do a lot of quilting at home and with other friends too. I hope that I win the batting, but it is wonderful of the Warm Company to give the roll of batting away. It is my favorite batting company. I use 80/20!

  3. I buy batting as I need it. Warm and Natural is my go to. Never have a problem with stability and it drapes nicely. Love it!

  4. Would love to win a roll of batting…I watch your video everyday and always find inspiration from you at your channel…Thank you so much for sharing all your projects and techniques with us…

  5. I buy batting on sale and stock up to use in the smaller projects I do – table runners and toppers, wall hangings, bowl cozies. I’m relatively new to quilting and now have numerous pieced tops ready to be quilted.

  6. With the limited amount of space, I usually purchase what I need for the quilt I’m working on. With the batting scraps, I’ll save to use for smaller projects.

  7. I buy it by the roll. I try to keep a roll of. cotton and a roll of wool on hand. It is a big money saver to do this but you do need the space to store it.

  8. I tend to buy what I need for batting for big projects and then cobble together smaller pieces for my smaller projects. I also cut up my really small pieces for pillow forms or dog beds to donate to Humane society. I would love to win batting! Oh the many, many projects I could make!

  9. Thank you for your encouragement each day and fun patterns. I have done several of your sew alongs and am trying to do the canning jars with sewing fabrics.

  10. I’ve been buying what batting I need for each project, but I believe it could be more cost effective and handy to have a bolt if it ready to cut off what I need.

  11. I would love to win the batting. I do charity ( Women’s Resource Center, CASA, Fire/Red Cross, Hospice, and kind of need. My/our Quilt Guild is very active, but I make quilts for many others too. Keep doing what you do so well, don’t change a thing. I’m a newly retired RN 35+ years, so I sew at least 8 hrs daily. Being able to finally enjoy Y Tubes, and just having the time time to enjoy myself, priceless! Thank you for the good times.

  12. Warm and natural batting has beautiful drape. Friends who have Quilts that were gifted tell me it’s the perfect weight. Love warm and natural

  13. Actually I do both. Depending on what I need it for I may use what I have off the bolt or I may buy for a specific project.

  14. I buy batting as I go, however I have looked into buying rolls. I just haven’t committed to that just yet.

  15. What a great giveaway. Excited for whomever wins!! Good luck it will be a blessing for anyone quilting ! Thank you

  16. OMGoodness what a wonderful giveaway. I only buy it when I need to finish a quilt. Hope to win and share with my quilts friends.

  17. I try to keep several packages of batting on hand, but I buy them in regular sizes, not on a roll. When I can catch binding on sale, I usually try to stock up. Warm and Natural is one of my favorite brands.

  18. I guess I stock up, I always have a package or 2 or 3 of batting ready to go. You never know when inspiration may hit or last minute projects need to get done.

  19. I would love to win the batting…thank you for making it possible for someone to win..Really do enjoy your videos!

  20. I bought a roll of batting once. Without a long arm it seemed to bulky and hard to use. So I buy as I need it.
