  1. I usually buy my batting as I need it, Sometimes I want white batting not the natural color. And I have used a wool batting for a quilt which turned out very nice. But I would love to be able to buy a roll of batting and have it on hand as I need it I love the Warm and natural batting for my quilts It gives my quilt just the right loft and it washes beautifully

  2. I buy batting as I go along, but having a roll of it would be fabulous. Thank you Pat, and Happy 10th Anniversary!

  3. I buy batting as needed. I have a wonderful local quilt shop that does my quilting on bigger projects. Pat, Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and tips!

  4. How I would love to win the batting. In my guild I do the Veteran quilts so this would work out perfect. Thanks Pat you are so bubbly and I love your videos each day when you are on. I do multiple projects at once also. Thanks again.

  5. I used to just buy when needed plus maybe one extra, but since covid and the shut down, I stock pile batting. I ran out of white thread and ran low on backing fabric during the shut down so I learned my lesson. I also have a friend who does a lot of charity baby quilts and I like to be able to share with her.

  6. My Quilty Girlfriend and I buy Warm batting on Amazon on the small fabric size bolts. We Love Warm 80/20 batting!!

  7. My daughter and I buy the batting by the roll. I usually have one going and one in reserve. We make a lot of quilts.

  8. I usually buy large rolls of batting to use on my long arm. Occasionally I will buy specific sizes or types of batting like bamboo or wool. I’m getting ready to quilt the long wiener dog from your QAL to give as gift to a rescue.

  9. I love the Warm and Natural Batting! I usually get it at Hobby Lobby. I would love to be chosen for this roll of batting. In 2024 I have decided to start making quilts for a ministry. This ministry is for girls/women wanting to get out of Sex Trafficking. I feel like this would be great for the girls either entering the home or when the time is ready for them to leave. It’d be a great reminder that God loves them and people are praying for them as they begin their new journey. This roll of batting would be so helpful to me as the cost of making these quilts will be provided by myself.

  10. Warm is my go-to — but I currently buy as I need it. However, I did just inventory my finished tops — and a roll of batting would be fantastic!! 🙂

  11. I am new to quilting and I love your videos! I have been using scrap batting a friend gave me. I would love to have a large roll. That would be heaven.

  12. I love Warm and Natural cotton batting. I usually try to buy my batting by the roll, and I am currently needing to get some more. Thank you.

  13. I stock up on batting especially when I can use a 50% off coupon at the cart store. The have the white 100% cotton batting that I like to use.

  14. I would love to win the batting. I make a lot of quilts for charity and this would be very helpful. Love your videos.

  15. I usually purchase a roll of batting when there is a good sale going on and try to keep enough to finish what ever quilt I am making. You can never have enough if you like quilting and crafting all of the things.

  16. I stock up on batting when I find it on sale. And I keep the scraps from bigger quilts to frankinstein it together for smaller quilting projects.

  17. I do keep an assortment of batting on hand for quilting my smaller projects. I also save all the leftovers from my “spa” treatments, sometimes piecing the scraps together. By the way, batting scraps are excellent for dusting all my plantation shutters!

  18. I would love the batting. I only completed 6 projects last year due to illness, I did 27 in 2022 and something similar in 2021. I watch you every morning with my breakfast, thank you for all you do to inspire myself and others.

  19. I love using Warm and Natural batting. I am new to quilting so I just bought what I needed for each quilt I was doing. Didn’t think about being able to buy a whole roll.

  20. Good Morning Pat,
I always start my day by watching your videos, so much wonderful information and inspiration.
I usually purchase the batting I need for the project I’m currently working on. My sewing space is small, so storage can be an issue.
I will try this as my montra for 2024, “If something comes in, something has to go out”, that may last until the end of January :).

  21. I’m just started my quilting journey last year, so I typically only buy what I need, but would love to have a roll of the warm company batting.

  22. What a wonderful giveaway. Batting is so expensive and certainly plays into the number of quilts I can make.

  23. I just buy batting as I need it for the small projects that I quilt myself. I try to do this as much as possible, but I do send larger projects to the longarmer who has her own batting.

  24. I started quilting my own quilts so I am trying to get more batting so that I have what I need. I have been buying batting when it goes on sale so that I can finish my projects.

  25. I always us batting from the Warm company. I have tried others and this one is my absolute favorite. I stockpile it in multiple sizes when it is on sale.

  26. I buy batting when I have finished a quilt top for that specific quilt top. I save all remnants and use them in bag making. I have recently been able to create a larger sewing space and so I may decide to buy batting on a roll moving forward since I now have space to store it. Yay!

  27. I would love to win the roll of batting. I’m always looking and fusing pieces of batting together for projects, this way it would all be together in one large piece.
Thank you in advance if I’m the winner. Patty

  28. Hi Pat. I usually buy batting for a couple of quilts to have it already available for me. Thank you for all the giveaways.

  29. I make multiple charity quilts every year and buy batting by the roll. I find that this is the most economical and results in the least amount of waste.

  30. I generally buy what i need. i will buy extra if it’s on sale but i have been thinking of just buying a bolt since my quilt making has increased and i find myself at the fabric store more ofen.
