I sew this in rows, it’s SO easy!

PLUS if you want to do a ‘Quilt as you go’, then sew 2 or 3 rows as a unit and quilt them, it will be so easy to do on any machine that way.

  1. Hi Pat, I want to buy the class or the DVD for quilting in sections. They will not open for me. Is there another web page or another way to sign up, besides your link? I also can not open the links to buy your books or fabrics. Hoping you can help me. Thanks

  2. I love the layout! I have finally caught up on all my blocks…I was a few..well, several!…weeks behind. I have been on a sewing marathon these past few days! I have been auditioning fabrics for the sashing between blocks. It is difficult. Trying to stay with the same one, but not sure. I have some jelly rolls in solids, and I think that will be the way I go.
Thanks Pat for all you do. You are an inspiration to many quilters out there. I love your designs and patterns and fabrics!

  3. I started the Grandma kitchen 2 week ago. My grand ma where both so different. Both beautiful. My mother’s mom was from England I have many memories of her making roast beef with Yorkshire pudding. My father’s mother was Danish and was the quilter. I remember learning to hand guilt in her basement with all my aunt’s an some cousins. My earliest memory I was 8 years old.

  4. Pat, I Love all these block patterns. Sew Beautiful. I’m still Learning so practice makes perfect. I Love the Layout also. Thanks for all you’ve done.

  6. love the layout, and the way that they blend together is so nice, just hoping that mine turns out to be, just as nice. hoping 1 day you will travel to Australia and put on some shows, so that we can all learn from your experiences, and you will find out what it is like and how hard it is to get some of the beautiful materials that you have over there, love your work and looking forward to many years to come watching you. Thanks again debbei

  7. This is only area I could find to make comment/request which is not related to above subject. Would you please forward email for your 2017 Grandma’s Kitchen quilt block sew-a-long 8/25 as I missed August communication? Thank you!

  11. I love the layout, thank you so much can hardly wait to get it completed. You are a fantastic designer, I love all that I am learning from you. I hope some day to meet you at an event. Hopefully you will be in Springfield or Champaign Illinois or St. Louis, MO. That would give me an excuse to go stay at my daughters an extra time.
