I’m on a ‘roll’… get it? Jelly roll?… haha! 2nd grade humor and too many hours writing patterns last few days.. but enough silliness.. read on!

I love fabric. There I admit my addiction! Jelly rolls are perfect because you don’t have to match fabrics. The work is all done for you.

I love jelly rolls, i use them within the quilts i make. I am a fabricholic It seems that I like to collect them and create different designs with it. last quilt i used is the log cabin for a Marine and his lovey wife for their wedding.
oops, accidentally hit something on the keyboard and my comment disappeared. So again…The last quilt I can remember actually finishing/quilting was a small Halloween quilt for my grandchildren last year. I have a couple of tops and lots of blocks done though. Most of my PLANNED quilts will go to family gifts and charity quilts.

I just finished a Stepping Stones quilt for my great nephew, Brantley Stephen! He’s only 4 months old & can’t wait to gift it to his Mom & Dad for him. I love working with Jellyrolls! At least they don’t have calories! Haha!

The last Quilt that I made was actually a pair of baby Quilts for a set of twins. I used material that had funny looking monsters on it. The parents were so excited to receive them. A pink one and a blue one.

Last quilt made was for my mother’s birthday earlier this year where jelly rolls were used; I made a wall hanging and had leftover blocks to make a table runner. Just looking at colorful stacks of jelly rolls gets my creative ideas cranking!
