Yummy… Yummy… Block #10 of my Merry & Bright Sew along is quite tasty!

- I love to have special candy JUST for a holiday. I think the anticipation is so great that you can only have that candy then. Planning, making or buying in my case, makes the whole holiday festive!
- TIP – read the NOTE in my pattern about placing the center light squares on after the dark, it’s important to the outcome of the block
- SHARE your quilt block at the END!
- In each pattern I have a memory or story of my own. When You share your block at my Facebook group, or when you leave me a comment after posting your block, share YOUR memory with me!

- I have designed a lot of holiday patterns, and My I Believe is my all time favorite. I put all my personal Christmas stories in this quilt. From Granny’s house & Pappy’s shed, to stockings and sugar plum fairies.
- If you love applique as much as I do, I hope you’ll make my I Believe, it’s a digital download HERE
- You can make each block as a mini quilt, my favorite is to take the snowflakes for a table runner or skinny banner.
- I’m thinking next year to host a sew along for this quilt… what do you think?

Need a gift idea? 3 blocks for a darling tablerunner and in no time you have a present to give!

Thanks Susan. I’ve been confused since last night when I started putting this together. I wasn’t sure if I missed something or it was truly the 3 3/8″ squares I was to use! Again, thanks so much!
