Hi Pat, I am most grateful for my friends and family and of course, my quilting family! I enjoy sharing stories with my children and watching everyone on YouTube and Facebook. I have learned so much! And you aren’t like my kids who get tired of hearing about fabric and sewing! The cookie giveaway is such a nice idea to bring us all together at the holidays!

I am very grateful that I can spend time with my family.
I am most grateful for my husband of 57 years and our children (6 of them). Last year my husband somehow got a very rare blood disease, and nearly died. He was was in the hospital for almost a month. My children rallied around and took care of what was needed at home while I sat with him 70 miles away at the hospital. It has been a long road and he is still recovering but things are getting better.
I am most grateful for my family. This will most likely be the last holiday season with my father in law. Grateful for the time we we get to spend together.
I am so grateful to be alive and mostly that my faith is stronger.

I am most grateful for being able to enjoy life. I have a wonderful supporting husband, three beautiful children, six loveable grandchildren and even a great grandchild (and a wonderful dog who has been my daily companion for over 12 years). I live in a home I love, am in good health (for the most part – but getting old isn’t always fun). What more could anyone want???
