We start NOW by making one of the 3 patterns, the Blue version is nice BIG squares, the red scrappy version, or at their website you can do one logcabin block, just for a ‘taste’ of it!

I have this bundle of Kate Spain Grand Canal that I want to play with, I love it!
I am kind of a Kate Spain groupie… shhh .. don’t tell anyone
Since what I have right now is a Fat Eight bundle, I might buy a few more 1/2 yd pieces, then I am pretty sure I will convert a few rectangles in the blue version to scrappy strips like the red version..
Question for you….
I am going to leave one color out, which would you remove?

I agree with those who say to omit the pink… but it’s truly a personal choice!! They all are gorgeous!!
I like all the colors LOL I like the orange with the aqua…leave the orange. Maybe take out the regular blue color.

The navy shades. Everything else seems to blend with a little pop from the orange!
I changed my mind. Lol. The pink should go.
Love them all, but if one color has to go I would say the orange.
I would leave out the orange. There is enough variation and pop with the remaining colors. The main reason is I don’t decorate or wear much orange. Personal choice.

I would pull the purple/pink.
I would leave out that one piece of dark magenta and maybe an orange.
Leave out the Lavender/purple.
I would leave out the pinky/purple colors
That was supposed to be and a pink.
There is a red one that is between the yellow/green anday a punk that looks off from the others. I might take that one out.
Wow, so many said to leave out the orange! 🙁 I love the Orange. It would be my first pick! I would leave out that darker purple~
I would leave out the yellow. Not a big fan of orange in general like most here but somehow it feels like a key part of the line.
Orange – never been a fan
I think I’d leave out the yellow, it just doesn’t seem to fit. But I adore this fabric line, I’ll have to admit that I’m a huge Kate Spain junkie too! I’ve puchased all her fabric lines except for this one,
I’m probably a little late with this, but I would leave out the 3 predominately orange. The other few shown by the orange will fall into other color groups. Beautiful colors – Kate Spain knows how to get nice rich colors.
I would take out some of the light blues, there are too many pale colours.

I’d leave out the lime green print with the big flower (bottom left). That would only be if I absolutely had to drop a color. Love them all with the threads shown.

Love all these but would leave out the purple/lavender! I like the orange as it adds bright colors. What ever you do will be beautiful!
