  1. Pat, choosing a favorite cookie is almost impossible for me! I enjoy baking Christmas cookies the most so likely the Pecan Sandy/Wedding cake cookie dusted in powdered sugar!! I still have the memo-graph printout recipe from junior high school Home Economics class! I have not tried the Leckerlee cookies, but which one would it be? Maybe whatever is in the Nutcracker tin!

  2. My favorite cookie is Candy Cane Cookies with almond flavoring and crushed candy cane’s in the icing on top of the shaped cookies.

  3. Hi, Pat. My favorite cookie is a ginger molasses cookie! I love spiced cookies so I think I’d enjoy these Lebkuchen. The tins are also lovely.

  4. My favorite cookie is molasses ginger. I lived in Germany. Well, my husband was in the Air Force. My daughter was born there. I used to love going to the bakeries in buying brotchen and other sweets.

  5. My favorite cookie would be a chocolate chip cookie, closely followed by cheesy oatmeal raisin cookies. I first experienced Lebkuchen when I was stationed in Germany – so good!

  6. My favorite cookie to eat and make is a snickerdoodle or sour cream cookie. Cinnamon and a soft on the top crunch on the bottom!

  7. My favorite store bought cookie is Oreo. My favorite home made cookie is chocolate chip. But I haven’t met a cookie that I don’t like.

  8. Hello, It’s hard to name just one. I do love windmill cookies as well as any cookie made with almond paste. Around this time of year I begin thinking of Banket and almond bars. Yum!

  9. My Favorite Christmas cookies are Cuccidati’s (also known as Italian Fig Cookie) I make them every year and they are a ton of work but soo worth it. I use my friend’s Italian Aunts’ old recipe..

  10. My favorite cookie is the monster cookie that has everything peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chips, nuts. I feel like I left something out. These are best right out of the oven. I would love to try these cookies and have one of the cute tins.

  11. My favorite cookie is a shortbread cookie….in fact the Walker shortbread cookie. My grocery store quit carrying it! That always happens when I find something I love! Hopefully I’ll find the special edition Walkers Christmas cookies this year!
I’d love to try the German cookies, they look delicious!

  12. My favorite cookie is probably molasses….. although I am the cookie queen this time of year making dozens of different varieties for the holidays so I’m just I’ve said they are all my favorites at one point or another LOL

  13. There are so many wonderful cookies to choose from, but my absolute favorite is the classic peanut butter cookie with a Hershey’s kiss in the middle of it! My boys decided they didn’t like the full size kiss in the middle and started asking me to make them with chocolate chips instead. Those are good, but I still prefer the kiss.

  14. My favorite cookie is my grandmothers sugar cookie. Every time we visited her she was always taking a fresh batch out of the oven. The soft, warm, delicious cookie is still fresh in my mind 60 years later and I have never been able to duplicate her cookie. I have her recipe file and I don’t believe her recipe was ever written. I will take advantage of the 15% off the Leckerlee cookies.to have for the holidays.

  15. I love a good Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie but I also like Ginger Spice Cookies. I love the Leckerlee cookies. I tried them last year and reminded me of my German Grandmothers cookies.

  16. Hi Pat,
I love vanilla cookies or anything chocolate. Then it is oatmeal and raisin.
Thanks for the tour of the factory making the cookies. That was very interesting. I did not know there was a factory here in the U.S. Great friend you have!!

  17. Love the tins and watching your videos. I love all cookies open any and they’re gone!! But I really like ginger snaps and any kind of lemon cookies, cakes and pies. Keep looking for a lemon meringue pie like my grandmother made.

  18. Favorite holiday cookie my mom called snowballs or Mexican wedding cookies, they are rolled in powdered sugar while still warm from the oven and melt in your mouth mmmmm

  19. I think my ‘go to’ cookie is a simple butter cookie. If I’m lucky enough to be near a good Italian bakery, I’ll always choose pignolis or pine nut cookies.

  20. I love a good molasses cookie, but my favorites are any cookies my mom bakes. I can use the same recipe and mine never turn out like my mom’s.

  21. Absolutely my favorite cookie is the Scottish Shortbread cookies. In all fairness, I never met a cookie I didn’t like! Coffee+cookies is fabulous!

  22. All time favorite is chocolate chip. During the Holiday Seasons it is Kolacki. Thanks for the chance to win a lovely tin with cookies,😍

  23. I have to say chocolate chip is my 2nd favorite, my first will always be the sugar cookie that had an imprint on top made with her “special cookie” glass. We aren’t sure what happened to that glass when had to move her. She had the cookie jar filled with those cookies especially for the grandkids. Miss her .

  24. My favorite cooky is Oatmeal Raisin. The recipe is from my Grandmother. Itis super moist, not overly sweet and just perfect.

  25. In winter, I love a good shortbread with my coffee. Or molasses cookies, so good! Sugar cookies are also a favorite, but without royal icing. I’ve never had these cookies before, they look so good.

  26. I love spicy cookies. Nuremberg and Lebkuchen and ginger snaps. So good with tea. I also love a good sugar cookie with cream cheese frosting. Yum Sweet tooth very active today. I like the Folk Art cannister with the animals.
A quick question.. I have taken a liking to the “Walk in the Prairie” collection by Melissa Gilbert. The floral fabric especially. What kind of a pattern would you put it with? I continue to have problems with choosing fabrics with patterns et vice versa. I prefer a simple pattern. Busyness contributes to anxiety. I also tend to prefer the older quilt patterns. Loved the Harrisonburg pattern you made. It was fun too! Thanks for all you do. You are my morning tea partner LOL

  27. I love all the tins and this is a fun give away. I like all cookies but my favorite is probably the thumb print cookies with chocolate centers, yum! Thank you for all you do. I really enjoy watching your videos and have learned a lot from you.

  28. My favorite cookie is called a chocolate krinkle. It’s a simple chocolate cookie rolled in a ball then powdered sugar before you bake.
