  1. I have not used auifil thread but I have heard nothing but great reviews. Time for me to join the club!
    Thank you.

  2. I have loved every auroral thread spool that I have received in the Sew Sampler. Once they are used up, time to buy some myself lol

  3. I’m a new quilter and have never tried Aurafil, but have heard a lot of good things about it. It would be such a treat to win this.

  4. I use a large cone of a light gray for all my piecing, but have lots of colored thread to use for applique and machine quilting. I love Aurifil thread. It seems a bobbin filled with Aurifil lasts so much longer than any other thread.

  5. Yes i do love thread colors. Although i use a lot of white I also like to match my thread to the color of my fabric. I have never used Aurifil thread before i am sure I would love it .

  6. Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! I would love to win the batting roll. Thank you for your giveaways!

  7. This is Vanessa. I’ve been sewing now for two years, but I’ve never tried the thread that you’re giving away pan, but I’m always up for something new

  8. I pretty much only piece with light grey #2600. I did buy a sampler of aurifil a few years ago at a quilt show for machine quilting but that quilt is sitting as a UFO under my sewing desk lol!

  9. I have never sewn with Aurofil threads. Thinking winning this box of neutrals would be a great way to switch over to them! Thanks for everything!

  10. I love thread colors, but rarely use them. I keep trying to decide on a hand sewing project thinking that’s where I would enjoy having them most. I have never used Aurifl before, it would be so awesome to win to be able to give them a try!! 🙂

  11. I love both colors and neutrals for my quilting and piecing. I love Aurifil, I’m trying to switch over and use it exclusively.

  12. I do use Aurifil threads; mostly neutral colors for piecing, and I use colors for some top stitching that goes with my quilt colors. It is very good thread and my sewing machine loves it!

  13. Happy 10th Anniversary Pat! I have never used Aurifil thread but this would be a good way for me to try it. I’m sure I would love it like everyone else does. Thank you!

  14. I’ve only been making quilts for less than a year. I received a spool of Aurifil thread in one of my sew sampler boxes recently and realized I didn’t know what I was missing!! Even my Baby Lock loves it better than anything else I used before. I will always be an Aurifil gal from now on. Your 10 year anniversary gift would be awesome to start building my Aurifil supply!!

  15. I love colors but rely more on neutrals for most of my sewing. They blend in with whatever color fabric I am using.

  16. I mostly stitch with a medium grey thread on all of my projects and save the colored threads when I’m doing appliquĂ© or attaching my folded over binding to the front of my quilts. Thanks Pat for all you do for the worldwide quilting community.

  17. I love colors but only buy neutrals. I don’t do my own quilting except on small projects. The person who taught me to make tops told me, “You can piece with white or cream colors, it won’t be seen anyway!” I’ve followed her advice, but I sure enjoy all of your colors!
