I love any color, but the neutrals are good to have so there’s less switching.
I enjoy lots of colour, one reason why I like patchwork.

I mostly use a light gray for piecing.
My favorite thing to do is piece with neutral colors. This box has a great collection of neutral threads. Thank you for your giveaways!
My machine and I both love Aurifil thread. I usually just use the same neutral colour for most of my piecing. Happy 10 th anniversary Pat and Gregg!

I love using aurifil thread to piece my blocks. I’ve only used white so far since my local shop doesn’t carry many colors.
I love Aurifil Thread and always have on hand light & medium neutrals, used mostly for piecing. I love to do my quilting with colors that help to make it pop. Since I do my quilting on my domestic machine, I can use them.
I either use a light or dark thread for basic seam sewing but I love colours for the top thread sewing or decorative stitches. Colours can often make a big difference to a project, especially when using scraps. I was gifted some Aurifil threads a few years ago but it’s all gone now.
I would love some great neutrals, I have several colors but I don’t especially like changing threads often. Love your site and watching all your videos.
These thread colors are awesome! I just made my son a quilt that these would have gone perfect with 🙂
I love color threads. I love the verigated thread as I this it looks really pretty when quilting. I always have a hard time finding the ones I use the most. Christmas and patriotic colors.
I usually stick to neutrals. Cream anad white are favorites, and I also keep black and warm gray on hand too..
Happy 10th Anniversary, Pat! I love all the colors! As you say, red, red, everything red, I say color, color, everywhere! I mostly piece with white unless I need to use a color, but I love using beautifully colored cotton thread for quilting and top stitching.
I use Aurifil thread all the time and have been very happy with it. I have many colors but seem to use the neutrals for quilts.
I piece with neutrals, but when I machine quilt or applique I use all the colors!

I pretty much use Neutrals for piecing. I do have an assortment of colors for those times when I want to match when doing machine binding. I LOVE Aurifil thread!!
I use aurafil for piecing and quilting. I have neutrals and but purchase special colors for pop when quilting.

My spirit colors are cool and neutral. Always buying another natural white spool… I will only use Aurifil (my machine’s favorite).
Congrats on ten years! I would love to win a box of Aurifil threads. I haven’t had the chance to use Aurifil threads very much, as they are not in my budget. The two times that I did use them, I was extremely pleased.
I love bright colors of thread. I use Aurifil thread and like to use white and gray for piecing quilt tops. I would love to win this thread. It would come in very handy as I have several quilts planned. Happy 10th Anniversary!

I think there are so many beautiful thread colors but I typically only use neutrals to simplify my life.

I only have a few neutral threads, but I have tons of coloured thread. Love coloured threads. Most of my threads are Metler, mainly because that is what my local store carried, but they have Aurifil now, so I am getting more Aurifil threads.

I don’t think you can ever have too much Aurifil thread. I usually use gray or ecru, but am not above just using up whatever is on my supply of bobbins.
