Giveaway rules that I have to tell you about

815 Responses

  1. My favorite Christmas quilt is called NOEL. I made 8 Christmas quilts, all different, for my friends that come to my annual Christmas party in 2020. Then decided to make myself one, and that is NOEL. Then Covid hit. so I couldn’t have the party. But I gave each friend their quilt individually. Noel is just the word with Christmas designs, but I love it.

  2. My guild did a Christmas Block Drawing some years ago and I won the blocks to make a sampler quilt. This is my only Christmas quilt but I will always cherish it because so many friends contributed to the block drawing, some who are now deceased, and each holiday when I display the quilt I remember who made each block.

  3. Love watching you…I did n embroidery one color work in red with Christmas designs….thanks for all your knowledge…

  4. My favorite winter quilt is Walking in a Winter Wonderland. I did all the stitching and blocks in blue and white.

  5. I have only made a few Christmas quilts and have yet to have found a favorite. Maybe it’s it Four patch frenzy that I did out of Christmas fabric and then black and white for the four patches. Maybe I’ll find a favorite this year. Thanks Pat for you hard work.

  6. Thank you for your inspiring videos. You inspired me to make a Feeling Crabby table runner for my daughter’s birthday. It was my first piecing work.

  8. I won a jelly roll of Christmas fabric a few years ago. I made a railroad quilt pattern with a quilt as you go. I used Christmas fabric that I had for the backing. Lots of different Christmas fabric. So fun to do. Need some new quilt patterns to use up rest of the fabric. This would be fun to win.

  9. My favorite Christmas quilt is actually a Christmas tree skirt my mom and I each made about 50 years ago. We had so much fun and they are still used to this day. So many great memories. I made a smaller version for my aunt for her small tree. And then many years later my daughter in law asked me to show her how to make one. Some of the leftover fabrics that mom & I had used are also in DIL’s Christmas tree skirt! She still uses hers for their tree today also. I love the memories of those sewing days! Pat, your giveaways always bring back happy memories to me, thank you for doing that!
