Finally finished the top. I completed it a few weeks ago but didn’t like the scrappy corner blocks, so tore it out to have them all match. Now I’m happy!! Thank you Pat 😀
Thank you for all the work you put into these free patterns and sew alongs, I ran out of some of the fabrics so I can’t finish Winter Fun until I visit my LQS tomorrow. I hope everyone has a bright and peaceful year!

Thank you again, Pat! I loved this sew along. I recently got back into quilting and love the fun of deciding which fabrics to use and just playing with fabrics. The deadlines are perfect for my personality. I finish so much more “for you” than my own deadlines.😉 I never used blue much in my quilts and I loved it so much I’m already planning more blue quilts!💙💙💙

I’m looking forward to the next sew alongs. I wonder if it would be possible for you to include sashing & border ideas to increase the size to a queen. I’m trying to leave a quilt for each of my 10 grandchildren. Most of them already have queen beds & the others are not far behind.

Did anyone else have a lot of fabric left over from the 2 yds of blue border & sashes? I had enough to make the back of the quilt by adding 3 sashed blocks and purchasing .5 m more. The back is going to be quite interesting.
